Employability support
Our employability support equips customers with the confidence and skills they need to take advantage of job opportunities. Using a blend of training and one-to-one coaching, we aim to remove any barriers preventing participants from securing work.
Job search support
We provide job search support for everyone from NEETs to professionals and executives. We show job seekers the latest job hunting techniques and ensure they present themselves at their best via their CVs and applications. We also coach them in interview and networking skills and put an array of tools at their disposal. These include a CV builder, an interview simulator and an online job search aggregator. They also have access to hundreds of videos, factsheets and e-learning modules.
In-work support
Renovo's in-work support combines occupational health work with career coaching and skills acquisition to help people maintain their role and advance their career. One-to-one sessions supported by 24-hour support lines and online tools and resources ensure customers have access to help and advice whenever they need it. Our reward and incentive programmes encourage long-term use of these services, which we're able to provide for large groups of people, over a long period of time in a very cost-effective manner.
Learner support
Our learner support helps apprentices, students, graduates and adult learners, and recognises that the barriers to learning are often exactly the same as the barriers to employment. In addition to traditional training and educational support, we also provide emotional support and legal and financial advice. We link learning to securing employment and include job search training as part of the service.
