For welfare to work providers we offer cost-effective programmes that provide extensive support to large numbers of people across dispersed geographies.
For individuals we provide support in getting ready to work, finding employment, overcoming problems at work, job retention and career advancement.
The people we work with range from young people to older people and from NEETs to professionals and executives. We work with disabled people, lone parents, offenders, those with mental health issues and many other groups. Each programme is tailored to suit the people it supports.
The delivery of our services is mainly distance-based, combining 24-hour support lines, advanced technology and extensive online resources with qualified human interaction with employment specialists. This approach enables us to provide an exceptional quality of service to high numbers of people, while keeping your costs down.
24-hour support lines
Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, our support lines are manned by experienced professionals who can provide emotional support, counselling, legal advice, financial guidance and career coaching. We encourage callers to consider the alternatives for tackling their situation and help them to formulate an action plan.
Workfriend - online tools and resources
Workfriend is Renovo's online employment portal, designed to support people seeking employment, trying to stay in work or aiming to advance their career. We can tailor it to meet your specific needs and show your branding. We also provide support via our Workfriend phone app, webinars and social media sites such as Facebook.
Employment specialists
Renovo gives access to a wide range of employment specialists, from personal work coaches to occupational therapists, counsellors, mentors and mediators. These experts are available to provide support via telephone or email. We can also provide face-to-face support, where needed, through our UK-wide network.
Rewards and incentives
We're constantly developing our reward and incentive packages to ensure they increase long-term engagement in our programmes by providing tangible, desirable benefits to participants.
