FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to buy one of the Three Programmes?
Absolutely not. The Three Programmes are there to make it simple and transparent to buy support for your employees but they’re certainly not meant to be restrictive. We will work with you to build a package of support that works for you and your employees.
Would my employee have the same Career Coach throughout their support?
Yes, absolutely. It is vital that your employees are supported by the same Coach who understands their needs and can work with them over time to adapt and evolve the support as their needs develop.
What does unlimited coaching actually mean?
It means just that. Your employees would be able to access regular, flexible, timely support from their Coach on an appointment basis during standard working hours for the duration of their programme, on an unrestricted basis.
Do you provide on- site support like Workshops?
Yes we do. We recognise that it’s not always appropriate or possible to provide support on a one to one basis and we regularly go on site to deliver half or full day workshops on key areas like CVs and applications, Effective Job Searching and Interview technique. We also provide on-site one to one support through our Career Clinics
Is it easy to get support set up?
It’s very easy to get support set up. Whether you’re looking to support just one individual or you’re managing a large scale change project, we have a simple and secure process to refer employees for support and we’ll do the rest.
How much does support cost?
Of course that does depend on the support you are providing but our programmes start from as little as £195 helping you support more people for longer, for less.
How do we know if the support has worked for our employees?
We’re a results focussed business. You will be assigned a Client Operations Manager who will ensure that the referral process is managed smoothly and will keep you updated on progress with your employees support and provide reporting on areas such as average coaching hours, and most importantly, outcomes.
