Renovo Specialist Interventions are unique and creative initiatives to support your customers with the more complex circumstances which may affect their daily lives and their journey towards employment and social inclusion.

For providers we can deliver cost effective specialist interventions all in one place without the need to have multiple lists of specialist local service providers to address a diverse range of customer barriers and issues.

For individuals we provide 24 hour support to assist them towards independence, recovery or issue resolution from a wide range of problems and life circumstances.

Our unique delivery model is distance based. Our highly experienced Personal Advisors support customers remotely by telephone, email, text and live chat. Customers can access support online through Renovo’s proprietary web portal, Workfriend or via Facebook and other social networking sites.  If they chose to, our mobile web application allows customers to access the support they need, exactly when they need it, direct from their mobile phone.

Renovo are involved in supporting a wide range of primes, sub contractors and other organisations providing specialist interventions from life skills to addiction support, from domestic violence to financial advice.
