Work Programme - Runway
Our Runway Programme is designed to alleviate capacity issues for providers delivering the Work Programme. High volumes of referrals to the Work Programme, (and other welfare or publicly funded initiatives) particularly those from stock or referral spikes, can often lead to employment advisers purely carrying out inductions, having little time to actually work with customers on their job search or preparing them for work.
Runway is a time flexible programme designed to enable providers to outsource some of their caseload until volumes reach more manageable levels. At the end of the programme, we return the customer to you well prepared and equipped to intensively seek employment or for continued in work support should employment have been already secured.

Rural Employment Assistance Programme – REAP
REAP is specifically designed to meet the challenges surrounding delivering cost effective employment support to people in rural areas.
Our telephone and web based delivery model supported by dedicated work coaches allows large numbers of people across dispersed locations to receive personalised employment support , on demand, at a fraction of the cost of more traditional face to face programmes.

Learner Employment Support Programme - LEAP
LEAP supports learner’s in linking newly found skills to securing and sustaining an employment outcome.
The programme is designed to run alongside any learning and skills programme and helps providers meet funding requirements by evidencing employment outcomes as a result of the learning undertaken by the customer.
