Pre-employment programmes

Renovo’s pre-employment programmes equip customers with the confidence and skills they need to take advantage of job opportunities. Using a blend of training and one to one coaching, we aim to remove any barriers preventing participants from securing work.

The people we work with range from young people to older people and from NEETs to professionals and executives. We work with disabled people, lone parents, offenders, those with mental health issues, whole families and many other groups. Each programme is tailored to suit the people it supports.
