Sustaining employment

The Renovo In Work Support Programme is an innovative initiative designed to maximise sustainability of employment, particularly for customers who have secured work through the Work Programme.

For individuals we provide 24 hour support to help them retain their job and to advance in employment, consistent with their strengths, resources, priorities, concerns, abilities and interests.

For providers we enable cost-effective tracking and monitoring of customers in employment and for customers we establish relationships aimed at removing any new or re-emerging barriers that may hinder sustainment.

Our unique delivery model is distance based. Our highly experienced Work Coaches support customers remotely by telephone, email, text and live chat. Customers can access support online through Renovo’s proprietary In Work Support portal, Workfriend or via Facebook and other social networking sites.  If they chose to, our mobile web application allows customers to access the support they need, exactly when they need it, direct from their mobile phone.

Our support is continued around the clock by our 24/7 helpline where our qualified advisers, coaches and counsellors can support customers on a wide range of issues including emotional support, housing and travel concerns and money, debt and legal advice.
Renovo are currently supporting a wide range of Prime and Sub-Contractors deliver In Work Support to Work Programme customers throughout the UK.
