You are able to pick and mix the topics that are most important to you. The Job Search Support Programme usually lasts for 3 months and consists of either:

• 1 ½ hours of one-to-one coaching through face-to-face, Skype or telephone sessions.
• 3 months access to the Workfriend online Career Management Portal.
• 3 months access to the Workfriend 24 hour helpline.

Or

• 3 hours of one-to-one coaching through face-to-face, Skype or telephone sessions.
• 3 months access to the Workfriend online Career Management Portal.
• 3 months access to the Workfriend 24 hour helpline.

• Assess where you are today in your career and how you got there.
• Identify your skills, experience and expertise and how to use them to best effect.
• Evaluate the options open to you and help you decide.
• Create an effective plan and route map to get you to where you want to be.
• Provide you with the tools to effectively research your chosen career.
• Identify where the opportunities and vacancies are.
• Market yourself effectively with winning CVs and powerful interview skills.
• Negotiate the remuneration package you truly deserve.

This programme typically lasts for 3 or 6 months dependent upon your individual circumstances but will include the following as a minimum:

• 6 hours of one-to-one coaching through face-to-face, Skype or telephone sessions.
• 6 months access to the Workfriend online Career Management Portal.
• 6 months access to the Workfriend 24 hour helpline.

• A more extensive range and appropriate range of diagnostic and assessment tools to identify professional and personal skills and strengths and weaknesses as an aid to establishing career direction.
• An Online Reputation Management Report. This report identifies your profile on the web and assists the coach in working with you to build an effective online profile.
• Assistance in approaching executive search firms and interim management consultancies.
• Support with complex applications.
• Advice on building and delivering powerful presentations.

The Executive Programme can also be adapted to meet the needs of those considering interim management, NED or portfolio careers and self-employment or business start – up.
The Executive Programme typically lasts for 6 months dependent upon your individual circumstances but will include the following as a minimum:

• 10 hours of one-to-one coaching through face-to-face, Skype or telephone sessions.
• 6 months access to the Workfriend online Career Management Portal.
• 6 months access to the Workfriend 24 hour helpline.
