Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently asked questions
Q: How does Career Coaching work?
A: We start by identifying your goals and then help you figure out the route to take to achieve them.. But first you must know what you want. An important part of the career coaching process is helping you develop your vision of who you want to become. Your coach will also support you through the ups and downs as you move forward, ensuring that you stay on track and achieve your goals.
Q: What results can I expect to see from coaching?
A: Career coaching can help you:
- discover what you love to do,
- clarify what you're meant to do,
- explore your career options,
- gain a renewed sense of direction, and
- create a job search strategy that fits your personality and strengths
- secure the role you want
Remember, career coaching requires commitment from you as much as from the coach.
