Our flexible and cost- effective Career Assistance Programmes allow you to support individuals, groups and executive employees through transition. All our programmes are run by our in house coaches and can be delivered either on a face-to-face basis or remotely utilising skype, telephone, email or via our online career management portal, Workfriend.
Individual Programmes
Our individual programmes are delivered on a one-to-one basis and are tailored to reflect the unique needs, circumstances and goals of the individual.
Group Programmes
Where groups of employees are impacted by transition, we can deliver high impact workshops tailored to the needs of the audience. These can be delivered on-site or remotely via webinar. We can also provide on-site Career Clinics where individuals can drop in to receive intensive one-to-one support. Our remote Group Programmes include access to a Personal Work Coach, online tools and resources (Workfriend) and a 24 hour helpline provide expert advice and guidance covering a wide range of issues including emotional support and counselling, money and debt concerns and much, much more.
Executive Programmes
For your senior employees and Directors our Executive Programme takes account of their unique needs during transition. Our senior coaches will work closely with them to determine their next step, plan their approach to market and assist with implementation to secure the most positive outcome. Our experts can assist with research, reputation management (both on and off-line) and personal branding.

Workfriend
Workfriend is Renovo’s online career management portal and is packed with hundreds of factsheets, videos and audio clips on subjects across every aspect of career and job search planning. Interactive tools such as a CV Builder, Interview Simulator, Company Research database, Psychometric Tests and Career Planning tools all support the user in determining which direction to take and how to achieve the result they are seeking.
