Founder & Company Chairman
As Company Founder and Chairman, David has control of the strategy and direction of the business. David is an employment industry entrepreneur with over 25 years’ experience in the sector, most notably as the founder of the global financial recruitment company Morgan McKinley, which he grew successfully from 1995 before selling to 3i plc in 2003. He is passionate about innovation within the employment sector and developing services that can have a real impact on an organisation’s performance and the lives of its employees.
In the role of Managing Director, Chris is responsible for the delivery of the Renovo strategy. With nearly 20 years’ Executive Search and Outplacement industry experience, he has day to day oversight across the commercial and operational functions within the business. With ultimate accountability for company performance, Chris works closely with the Leadership Team to drive the continuing growth of the platform and ensure continuing innovation and excellence in our products and services.
As Operations Director, Seema has responsibility for the successful delivery of our services, with oversight of all aspects of operational performance from project design, delivery and implementation through to client and project management. With an extensive background in Career Coaching and a strong track record in the design and delivery of complex outplacement programmes, Seema is also responsible for the continuous improvement of our delivery capabilities whether that be through our internal team or partners.
As Commercial Director, Rhys’s primary focus is to increase our client coverage and the successful on boarding of new clients and commercial partners at Renovo. He also plays a key role in the design and implementation of the company’s sales and marketing strategy which includes online and offline brand building and product positioning. Rhys is passionate about exploring new commercial and social applications for Renovo’s unique career coaching delivery model and careers technology.
Emma Louise O’Brien

As Head of Career Coaching, Emma Louise O’Brien takes the lead role in our Award Winning Career Coaching Team. Personally recognised by the Career Development Institute and awarded Career Coach of the Year in 2013, she has a strong track record of delivering exceptional outplacement support to individuals from a range of backgrounds and industries. With this experience, Emma Louise provides guidance and direction to the coaching team on all of our client projects.
