Renovo Reveals Expansion Plans
RENOVO, the York-based recruitment company, is expanding to offer staff release and retention services like an extension to the business’ HR department.
The business plans to grow from 28 employees to 150 and grow turnover from £2 million to £15 million in the next five years.
The company has revised its corporate structure to support businesses in all areas of the employment lifecycle, through recruitment, retention and helping companies and employees manage redundancy.
Chief executive David Twiddle said: “The employment landscape has totally changed over the last few years and our new business model now delivers are more holistic offer for our clients. Of course there has been a significant increase in the number of jobseekers on the market in recent times but the demand for employee motivation and even career transition support is also now high on the agenda.”
